SPINAL MUSCULOSKELETAL (MSK) MRI AWARENESS COURSE

NB: DISCLAIMER: This is spinal MRI musculoskeletal awareness course designed for manual therapists (e.g. Osteopaths, Physio and Chiropractors) with a special interest in back pain who want to become more familiar with understanding and interpreting MRI images, purely as an area of special interest (hobby). It is NOT designed to enable practitioners completing this course to provide official diagnoses (based on MRI interpretation), to be able to identify serious pathology (in particular tumours) or to be able to offer any kind of official diagnostic report that would replace or substitute a qualified Radiologist’s report.

Course Content

How To Use MRI Software to View Images of the Spine
We will teach you how using a PC you will be able load any MRI CD. We will also teach you the navigation tools that come with the self loading software on the MRI CD’s and we will cover the gold standard software (for the layman) using MAC’s as well as cloud based systems.
